I help victims who have been injured as a result of someone else's fault. I have experience handling a variety of types of matters including car accidents, environmental matters, slip and falls, damaged property, motorcycle accidents, assault, accidents caused by drunk drivers, work accidents, and other types of claims.
INSURANCE DISPUTES
I help make sure your insurance company keeps its promises to you, and I help make insurance claims. If you are making a claim with an insurance company, you need an experienced attorney to protect your best interests. I have handled litigation of hundreds of claims involving insurance companies. When your insurance company fails to handle your claim fairly, you may be entitled to additional compensation. Too often, insurers fail to keep their promises to you by unfairly denying claims, refusing to timely settle claims, and refusing to satisfy their obligations to you. If you believe you have been treated unfairly by an insurance company or need help in making a claim, I may be able to help.
EMPLOYMENT LAW
I help employees who have been treated unfairly at work. My experience includes investigating and litigating sexual harassment claims, hostile work environment matters, wrongful termination, discrimination actions, open government proceedings, and wage issues. ABOUT JARED ADAMS
I help people and small business owners. After representing clients at a large firm for several years, I created my own firm to focus on serving individuals in West Virginia and Maryland.
I obtained my law degree from West Virginia University, after obtaining a B.S. in Biology from West Virginia Wesleyan College. During law school, I worked for the United States Department of Justice and the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. After law school, I served as a law clerk to Judge Amy J. Bragunier in the Circuit Court of Charles County, Maryland. When I completed my judicial clerkship, I returned to my home state of West Virginia to practice law in the Eastern Panhandle. I am passionate about serving my clients and my community.
